Website Visitor Identification (Dapper ID™)

Superior Medical Waste Disposal uses a website visitor identification service ("Dapper ID™") provided by Dapper Market Solutions that can, in some cases, identify visitors to this website who have not submitted a form.

  • What it collects: device and advertising signals — including mobile advertising identifiers (MAIDs), device identifiers, hashed email addresses, and IP signals — captured when you land on the site and matched against a licensed U.S. identity graph to resolve your name, postal address, email address, and phone number.
  • What it does NOT do: it is not cookie-based cross-site tracking, session recording, or behavioral profiling. It operates on a first-party model and performs identity resolution at the time of your visit. It does not resolve visitors located in the EU, and it honors opt-outs (see below).
  • Why we use it: to follow up with you about the medical-waste services described on this site.
  • How to opt out: because this technology does not use cookies, standard browser cookie controls and opt-out tools will not prevent it. To opt out, email sales@superiorwastedisposal.com with the subject "Visitor ID Opt-Out" and your name and email address, and we will suppress your information.

Your Privacy Rights (California / CCPA & CPRA and similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information; however, certain uses of visitor-identification or advertising technology may be considered "sharing" under some laws, and you may opt out.
